This class will introduce you to the wonders of theatre, allowing you to explore your creativity through sight, sound and movement. You will gain an understanding of the theatrical production process by participating in specific projects and performances to be presented both in class as well for public viewing. We will examine the role (and work) of each professional involved in the creative process, including the producer, director, writer, actor, designer, special effects, publicity, etc.). Throughout the class, you will also be introduced to the critical analysis of dramatic text and performance review.
