Composition: The Art of Essay – 1 trimester

This course focuses on developing and refining essay writing skills.  While following the writing process, students will complete a variety of writing assignments (research essay, expository essay, persuasive essay, personal essay, etc.) and sharpen their writing skills.  This course is required for all students and recommended as a precursor for students who wish to take CIS Composition their junior or senior year.
